Half a century ago, San Francisco became the first city in the United States to host a public screening of hardcore sex, when the International Erotic Film Festival premiered at the Presidio Theatre. We marked the event’s 50th anniversary with the launch our own San Francisco adult film festival in 2020 and strive to unite other film festivals around the world.
